Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 18th November 2025 is more than just a meeting ~ it’s a chance to come together, reflect on what we’ve achieved & be part of shaping the year ahead. 🌟
We’re inviting our amazing supporters, families and community members to get involved by taking on an official role within the charity.
These roles are vital in helping us continue our mission to support families across #sussex and create lasting impact for those affected by the devastating loss of a baby before, during or shortly after birth.
Here’s a look at some of the roles available:
🪶 Volunteer Chair of Trustees – Leads meetings, supports the team, takes a strategic approach to the year ahead and ensures everything runs smoothly and fairly.

🗂️ Volunteer Meeting Secretary – Creates agenda's, Manages meeting notes, distributes meeting correspondence & helps keep everyone informed and organised regarding upcoming meetings.

💡 Trustees – Work together as a team to guide the charity, Drive the charity forwards, make key decisions and ensure we’re always acting in the best interests of those we support.
