Meet the Team 2024/25 🤍

Gemma is our Charity Founder. The charity was founded in February 2015 on her son Oscar- Jensen’s due date.

This year our charity is honoured to have been offering service for 10 years.

In that time Gemma became the charities CEO and took on a paid role for 2 days per week and she volunteered 3 Evenings per week.

As the charity has grown that has meant so have the duties & hours needed to maintain managing the charity & our services. Gemma now works 4 full days running OWF.

The role of Trustee is an exciting task as she works alongside her board. Emily (Chair) Kara, Nick, and joining us this year- Jess & Kelly. Working closely with Lucinda (Treasurer) and also as part of the Fundraising & Events team responsible for planning and hosting our fundraising events for the Year.
