đź«¶Looking after yourself is NOT selfish. It is not moving on. It is not forgetting your baby or babies.
đź«¶It is allowing your body, mind, and heart the care they need while carrying unimaginable loss.
đź«¶That care might look like:
• keeping hydrated
• resting when you can
• taking medication you’ve been prescribed
• stepping outside for fresh air
• accepting help
• saying no to things that feel too much
• speaking kindly to yourself on the hardest days
🫶There is no “right” way to grieve, and there is no timeline for healing.
đź«¶But you deserve support, compassion, nourishment, and gentleness as you navigate life after loss.
🫶Your baby or babies will always matter…….And so do you.
