Face to Face support for grieving parents

This Thursday (20th April 2023) we welcome you to join at our monthly, face to face Coffee morning. There is yummy hot drinks, cakes and 2 community champions here for a chat.

"I honestly do not know what I would do without my monthly group to come along to. Lucy and Lucinda are a godsend and just let me cry, talk, laugh and I go away feeling like a weight has been lifted."

We have a cosy, warm and safe space within a private room at Freshmill, Haywards Heath.

This space offers confidential space as well as space to meet others and chat openly if you wish. The space allows you room to just "Be" whether that is sat in a quiet space listening to others or to share anything you wish.

We have a small library of books that you are welcome to borrow and return. We have information and signposting available too.

Lucinda and Lucy will warmly welcome you on Thursday.
