As a charity dedicated to walking alongside families through grief, we know how important it is to create safe, meaningful spaces where people feel understood and supported.
This year, we’re exploring new events and activities ~ and we’d love to hear what you think would make a difference.
Here are some ideas we’re considering:
Remembrance & Healing Events
Gentle gatherings where families can honour loved ones ~ candlelit walks, memory-making workshops, or peaceful garden afternoons with space for reflection.
Community Support Meet-Ups
Relaxed coffee mornings, peer-support groups, or drop-in sessions where people can share experiences with others who truly understand.
Creative Wellbeing Workshops
Art therapy, journaling sessions, music workshops, or craft afternoons designed to help express emotions in a supportive environment.
Nature & Wellness Activities
Mindful walks around the Sussex countryside, yoga or meditation classes, family forest days, or beach-side wellbeing sessions.
Family-Friendly Days
Fun, gentle events such as picnics, inclusive activity days, or seasonal celebrations where families can reconnect and make new memories without pressure.
Talks & Practical Support Sessions
Guest speakers, grief education, help with navigating difficult milestones, or sessions supporting parents, children, or young people through loss.
We’d love to shape our future events around what really matters to the families we support.
What kind of events would you like to see?
