ONLINE SUPPORT GROUPS

In our online support groups we discuss topics that arise regularly throughout our grief journey.

Questions that pop, things that we revisit regularly, areas of grief that are unique to us.

This weeks theme is “Other therapies” and we will be looking at this through out the week during 11-17th July 2022

Some of the questions that we will explore through our posts are-

🤍 What did you find useful or helpful therapy wise?

🤍 Didn’t you have access to any support after your baby or babies died? If so, how did you feel you got through?

The reason we are going to be discussing “What ‘other’ therapies are available to support you after the loss of your baby or babies” is to highlight the need for quality support, the various options out there and how you can access them.

Creating a collection of support services.

Can you recommend anyone or any particular services that you found helpful? This could really help other parents navigating this journey too.
