Little Poppy (just 7 years old at the time) created something beautiful and full of heart ~ her very first supportive resource for children.

✨ My Grief Workbook ✨ was made by Poppy and her mummy to help children who have been affected by baby loss.

As a sibling herself, Poppy poured her creativity and love into this workbook to help other brothers and sisters understand their feelings and open up conversations about loss.

Originally created to help explain the loss of their own brother, it has since been lovingly adapted to support other families too.

This gentle workbook offers children a safe space to express emotions, ask questions, and begin to understand grief ~ with the care and guidance of their loved ones. 🤍

Whether used alongside our “Making Memories” children’s bereavement support boxes or on its own, it’s a truly special resource made by a child, for children.
